The project consists of the specified site-adaptation, site and infrastructure design and construction of a new headquarters facility for the Afghanistan National Army (ANA), 215th Headquarters Phase One in the
Helmand Province, Afghanistan. The 215th Headquarters is an ANA Military Headquarters Establishment
which will house approximately 500 personnel consisting of ANA military personnel. The project is defined as the qualified design, material, labor, and equipment to construct BOQ Officer Barracks, NCO barrack, Enlisted Barracks, Toilet/Ablution/Laundry Facility, Laundry Building, 300 Student Classroom Building, Arms Storage Building, Personnel Bunkers, Trash Collection Points. It is also includes Underground Electrical Site Distribution System and Aerial Prime Power Distribution System; design and construction for infrastructure: Water Distribution System, Water Well, Sanitary Sewer System, Sewage Holding Tanks, Grading and Storm Water Management, Road Network, Walkways, Parking, Communications System, Exterior Lighting, Communications Cabling and Equipment, Miscellaneous Facilities. The work within this contract meets and is constructing in accordance with current U.S. design and International Building Codes (IBC), Life Safety Codes (NFPA-101), Force Protection and security standards.
We are also providing all the information regarding construction process, equipment, materials, labor, testing for client to track daily activities and look ahead work.
